Readiness needs an Apple Watch and a few days of data. For the first one to two weeks the app learns your personal baseline, and the score gets more accurate after that. Make sure Apple Health access is granted for heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, and activity.
The score is built from your most recent heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep. If the Watch hasn't been worn for a few days, the app waits for fresh readings instead of showing a confident but wrong number. Wear the Watch to sleep so it can read overnight HRV and sleep.
Each morning Readiness compares today's HRV, resting heart rate, sleep, and recent training load against your own baseline, not against generic charts. Tap the ring to see the per-metric breakdown.
Readiness Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (monthly, 6 months, or yearly). You can view, change, or cancel it anytime: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your Apple ID name, then Subscriptions. To restore a purchase on a new device, open the app's subscription screen and tap Restore.
Your health data stays on your device. There is no account and no tracking. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Readiness reads Apple Health data and is a wellness and training tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
