Readiness · Effective date: June 7, 2026
Readiness is built privacy-first. In plain terms: your health data stays on your iPhone. This policy explains exactly what the app does with your data.
With your permission, Readiness reads the following from Apple Health (HealthKit):
It uses these to calculate your daily readiness score and to write on-device insights.
Insights are generated on your device. On iPhone 15 Pro and newer with Apple Intelligence enabled, Apple's on-device model may write them — this also runs locally and is not used to send your data to us. For everyone else, insights come from a built-in, on-device generator.
If you turn on the morning reminder, notifications are scheduled locally on your device. We do not run a server and send no push notifications.
Readiness Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs that transaction.
Readiness is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) and does not knowingly collect data from them.
Because everything is stored on your device, deleting the app removes your Readiness data from that device. Your Apple Health data itself stays in the Health app and is managed by you there.
If a future version sends any data off your device (for example, an optional cloud AI feature), we will update this policy and the App Store privacy label before that feature ships, and describe it clearly.

Readiness reads Apple Health data and is a wellness and training tool — not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
